Hybrid: Baraonda by Nasomatto & Bleu de Chanel (Vintage Eau de Toilette Formulation) by Chanel

The transcendental ride suddenly took a turn towards brighter territory when we decided to fuse our inspired expression of Nasomatto’s Baraonda with Chanel’s Bleu de Chanel. We find that the dark and boozy notes from Baraonda work surprisingly well with the woody aromatic tendencies of Bleu de Chanel. In usual fashion, we have decided to use the vintage eau de toilette formulation of Bleu de Chanel to fashion our hybrid. The citric aroma of grapefruit combines with the Scottish Whiskey from our impression of Baraonda to create this contraposition between luminous and lurid. The natural citrus is plentiful as the life of it leads to a dark amber accord that is rife with labdanum and incense. Bleu Mind Control is a psychoactive trip towards azure landscapes bleeding with freshness and zest.
